Rental Deposits

We are working to update our rental policy. I would like to know what
other UCC camps have in their policies.
Do you require a rental deposit for all renters? Is the deposit the same
for UCC renters as for non-UCC renters?
How much of the deposit is refund-able, and under what situations do you
refund the deposit?
Do you have a set amount for the deposit, or do you use a % of the
rental?
