Strategic Plans and Governance Documents

I am the camp manager at Camp Adams.  The Board of Directors of the Central Pacific Conference have asked me to gather the strategic plans and governance documents for other UCC camps.  Can you help me do that or tell me who I should ask?

    I can send you the "Operating Policy" from the Merom Conference Center (I recently left there to come to Minnisota). Here in Minnesota one of my first jobs is to help guide the conference through how the camp will be governed. At this point the roles of the Conference Council and the Outdoor Ministries Team are in a state of flux.
